If you simply want information or a price quote, please use our Contact Us page or our Get a Quote page.

If you submit an order (just to get a quote),  it will result in the scheduling of our staff, time and resources…including setting up your account & related files, creating design concepts, layout options and possibly extensive graphics work being done on your behalf.

These significant (and unnecessary) costs may be invoiced to you, for all “NON-ORDERS” submitted, that should have been either requested quotes or simple information requests. We are very happy to help with quotes and information, but please use this page for your USB ORDERS ONLY.

For those with actual USB orders, we have a great system that guarantees both accuracy and efficiency:

On receipt of your submitted Order Form, we email an automated response to confirm that we received your order. Be sure to check your inbox and other folders for this confirmation. Once we have your order details, we will always email you a final Order Confirmation form, for your signed approval and payment details, before proceeding with scheduling & production.

Our highly detailed order confirmation will include current pricing for the flash drives and the options you’ve requested. We’ll also send the artwork proof (and optional data upload details) for your emailed approval, along with the order confirmation.
