Once you place your order, send us your artwork, and (optionally) upload your data…
- We will send you a final confirmation for online signed approval and secure payment.
- We also include the final USB proof/layout for your online approval.
- For optional data uploads, we’ll send our upload form for your online approval.
- Once we receive your online confirmation, payment details, approved artwork & upload, we will schedule your order into production. Simple!…And foolproof!
Terms:
Since global USB memory pricing can fluctuate, prepayment is required on all USB orders. Our pricing is based on razor thin margins, fast cash flow & stellar 24/7/365 customer service. Please advise your choice of payment methods below.
- Interac email transfer of funds. Details will be sent with your confirmation.
- Manual terminal entry by Visa/MasterCard. Details will be sent with your confirmation.
- Online by PayPal or Helcim using any credit card. We will email you a PayPal or Helcim invoice.
- Wire Transfer funds to our bank account. Details will be sent after we receive your confirmation.
- Approved cheque/funds by overnight courier. IMPORTANT – Cheque should be payable to our legal/banking name: Dapper Sports and Awards.
STANDARD “Real Time” Timeline:
Our STANDARD production, shipping and delivery time on most orders is consistently 12-14 days real time (to your suburban Canadian or USA location) after you approve and confirm all details. Custom model orders and larger volume orders will require extra time. Shipments outside of North America may require extra time. We will include information on timelines on our quote or confirmation.
PRIORITY or RUSH Orders:
We can produce and deliver to most suburban Canadian or USA locations in about 12-14 days, using UPS or FEDEX PRIORITY service. Keep in mind that there are also very rare, but possible, flight, transit or customs delays that are beyond anyone’s control. We are unable to 100% guarantee that orders will be delivered in under 12-14 days. Exception: Unimprinted USB’s can be produced, shipped and delivered in 8 to 9 days, real time.
Product Options:
Many styles have standard colors available, however we can offer custom Pantone colors on select models. We also offer neck lanyards, mini lanyards, split key chains and hook key chains as value-added options. Please contact us for pricing on your requirements.
Graphics Requirements:
Please email your vector graphics file in EPS format (usually created by graphics professionals in CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator), along with a PDF or hi-res JPEG to view and verify. For full digital color imprinting, please send your highest resolution JPEG’s or PNG’s for photos, as well as vector format graphics for your logo (usually best in EPS format). We will send you a final layout for approval, before scheduling into production.
Data Uploading (optional):
We can include your data upload up to 500 MB, at no extra cost. Please contact us for pricing on your requirements over 500 MB. We also offer data protection, auto-run, auto-link and auto-play options. We do recommend that you use these options with caution, as today’s operating systems, antivirus programs and user settings can make it difficult for your USB to function “automatically”. We recommend a normal upload in most cases. Use data protection only if you are completely sure that you’ll never want to change your data. There are other options for using USB’ s to get your content or message into your user’s hands. We are also online marketers with some “street smart” experience in funnelling traffic and tracking the results of your efforts.

Packaging Options:
We offer a FREE white box as standard packaging for most models. Our carton/shipping packaging is tops in the industry, and guarantees easy distribution or inventory of your USB’s. Optional packaging includes PVC box, Tin box, Bamboo box, Window cardboard box, Window tin box, Velour pouch etc. Check out our packaging options by clicking here. Shipping:
Our quotes include FREE delivery to most suburban locations in North America. We ship to your location by prepaid Fedex STANDARD or PRIORITY air courier service. Rural or remote locations may be subject to courier surcharges for transferring delivery to a local courier. Non-Canadian deliveries are subject to local import tariffs, duty or taxes, if applicable. Please check with your local customs office or broker.
