Check your Inbox for the confirmation, then check your Spam or Junk folder and be sure to “whitelist” our email address to ensure that you receive your order confirmation and approvals.
We usually send your final order confirmation, artwork approval form and optional data upload approval form within 1 business day (or sooner), after we receive all of your information.
We are Pacific time here, with flex hours between Noon and Midnight (or later)…so your confirmation and approvals may arrive later in the evening (your time) or early the next morning.
If you don’t see your order confirmation arriving in a timely manner, please check your Junk or Spam folder first. Many anti-spam programs will filter messages that contain common words that we naturally use in our correspondence. (Like FREE, SAVE, NO CHARGE, etc).
If you still don’t see your order confirmation in your Junk/Spam folder, then please email us immediately. See our Contact Page for our contact details. We will respond promptly and resend the order confirmation.
IMPORTANT: Please note that due to the fast pace of this industry, the changing USB memory prices, the fluctuating Canadian Dollar trading ranges, and the possibility of extreme worldwide flash memory price spikes beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing or to postpone or cancel your order should markets experience extreme volatility at any time and for any reason. This is an extremely rare occurrence, but can happen due to world events or disasters, market fluctuations or global supply/demand problems.
Proposed pricing changes would be subject to your approval. We would never proceed with an order, unless we have your signed permission.
Cancellation or postponing of orders would be at our sole discretion. To clarify, we do act in good faith on all projects, however we are not responsible for sudden increases or decreases in global commodity markets and/or USB traded pricing that may drastically change the final cost and pricing of the USB project.
